About CAMPUS USA Credit Union

CAMPUS USA is a leading Florida credit union with a long history of dedication and service to its members. The credit union was founded in 1935 as Gainesville Florida Campus Federal Credit Union, seeking to serve those who studied and worked at the University of Florida. The bank was the first credit union on a U.S. college campus.

In 1994, the bank changed its name from Gainesville Florida Campus Federal Credit Union to You Campus Federal Credit Union. This name was retained until the change from a federal to a state-chartered credit union was made under the current name – CAMPUS USA Credit Union.

Today, CAMPUS USA serves a far greater membership and offers a full selection of products and services, such as:

Branch Locations

CAMPUS USA currently operates over 20 branches in the central and northern Florida area. These locations include several branches in Gainesville, Ocala, and Tallahassee, plus other locations in The villages, Newberry, Summerfield, and Lake City (among others).

CAMPUS USA members also have access to surcharge-free ATMs via the Publix Presto! And CO-OP ATM networks, These programs allow members to check balances, withdraw funds, or make deposits free-free at over 25,000 locations across the United States and Canada.
